ok i got the injectors currently in my car

then i got these one siting around

they flow the same cc wise but they do it at a different ohm. would they be a benefit of using the one that ohmed out higher.

The first ones you have are standard old school style injectors (Coil cooled with fuel)...
The second ones you listed are Multec2 (No coil).

I think you'd flood out with the later ones.

i got the yellow ones out of a 4.6l tbird. i was actually going for the pigtails but stupid me forgot what they looked like and the plugs are different from the newer multitec 2. the yellow ones will plug right in without modifying anything.
