Someones 3400 not running correctly

I just got an email from someone witha problem, here it is:

What do you think it is?

Are the plugs wires in the right order? He says he has spark and fuel in all cylinders, but not at the right time (except for 2). That would lead me to believe he's got some spark wires wires switched up somewhere.
