questions and problems about a 2.8

Today i have done one by myself, this vacuum reservoir tank works well, and the only new thing i notice in the car is that the cruise control now works almost everytime (it stills don't set speed sometimes), i've checked the vacuum hoses and i don't find any leak (i reconected the EGR valve..) the car runs as always,.. sometimes at 1000rpm, sometimes at 1300rpm (at drive) and sometimes at 700... i don't know why!!

hmmm i also have problems.. I got the car and like all the vacuum lines were broke, and i cant figure out where they all go. I need a diagram or something to figure this out on my 89 cutlass 2.8. im gonna keep checkin the forums....
