I know exactly what you mean. I've done it numerous times where I was talking to someone or something and I just start looking around because I hear the 60* coming up on me somewhere...they usually are all confused trying to figure out what I'm looking at/for, and I say a 60* V6 car, and they get all confused. 9 times out of 10 around here its a w-body.

hey dbtk2, when changing the spark plugs on a w body, its easier than rocking the car back, just take a big prybar and stick it in that dogbone mount bracket near the water pump, pull the engine forward, and stick a big screwdriver through one hole for the other bracket, and that little eyelet that is on the bottom of the dogbone. That is, assuming the dogbone is put in the correct way!

You can't do this, because if I'm understanding you correctly, the dogbones are still bolted in place this way, correct? I tilt the engine far enough forward that the dipstick is touching the radiator. This works the best for me, and only takes 2 minutes to do. Pulling it with the prybar works, but I am not able to get it to move enough doing that. If it works for you, then great.

Glass packs mean cheap $30 cherry bombs? If that sounds good to you...have another rock on the house. Chrome over priced mufflers sound like shit too. Flow masters are pushing it but noticed nicley like you're not a cheap c_nt! Why draw so much heat? Good job!!
I\'d rather push a CHEVY than drive a Ford!

Way to kick up an old thread with a useless comment.

Were you DRUNK or HIGH when you wrote this? First of all, it doesnt make any sense, second of all, Flowmasters are what sound like shit on our cars, and that is what i call overpriced. And sorry, but they are $20 cherry bombs, an american classic, and since we have american cars which actually sound good (not ricey)when the exhaust is opened up a little, why the hell not. And by the way, did you call me a cheap cunt?? What the hell do you mean by "why draw so much heat"??

Flowmasters can sound good on the right setup. I like mine anyway. Different mufflers for different tastes. Bashing someone for their choice of muffler is a fast way to draw attention to yourself by a moderator or admin. Keep the negativity to yourself or we will find another way to keep it off this site.
