Can anyone tell me which lumina's come with quick ratio steering i have a normal 91 lumina and you have to turn the wheel a turn and a half to do a full circle. I have a 1990 2door Euro lumina and some one told me that they have quick ratio steering.

I think you mean 'Variable Effort Steering'? Check your RPO code list for this code: NV7

I dont know if any Luminas got the quick rack. They may have gotten the TGP rack (2.5 turns lock to lock), but not the 2.25 turn.
