extra fuel line???

hey i noticed something today
my wife has a 90 grand prix and i have a 93 retta
both have 3.1s in them
but i noticed that right behind the tb on the intake there is like another fuel line in the grand prix where there is just a little plug in the retta
anyone know what that is

i think i figured it out to be the vacuume modulator thing for the 4T60 tranny
