Replace the cps harness from icm to sensor with a new harness. Neutral wire has to be the culprit.

Thats the firing order for those with the ign/coils mounted under the front exhaust manifold. Flipping the numbers around would be correct to those with them mounted on top of the intake manifold (by Alt). That means, you have the correct sequence for firing set. When you put the pushrods back, did you take note where they came out and put the VERY SAME pushrod back where it exactly came from?

Plugs are right , it was running prefect before the wire broke. I think I might have something to do with all new sensors and using the old ign module. Had the same problem with my 91 Grand AM

Disconnect the battery pos and neg cables for 15 minutes, while you are waiting, pull your plugs and check them for fouling. Unplug the MAF and see if that changes anything should the battery disconnecting doesnt help and your plugs check out good.

Don't forget to twist the CPS wire from the crank sensor on the back of the block that leads to the ICM. The twists reject interference that the ICM is highly prone to get.
