    Just want to see if this is what it is supposed to be.

    Intake, 1.600" install height. 0.962" min height for retainer to guide
    Exhaust, 1.630" install height. 1.030" min height for retainer to guide.

    The intake side has a clip of some sort on the spring seat, which probably makes it the same as the exhaust side in stock configuration.

    Yes 1.6 sounds right to me. I have the factory service manual for my S-10 if you need more info.

      I always thought it was 1.7

        Newer engines might be. Factory spec for say a 3.4L iron heads is 1.610"

        Aftermarket springs are usually taller.

          80 lbs @ 1.61
          190 lbs @ 1.20
