98 s-10 2.2

This isn't v6 question, bought a 98 s-10 2.2 pickup, my dhp scanner works on it. what i noticed is the ipw are high, like at 3000rpm in 5th gear i'm seeing 17 and 18 ipw which seems really high to me, anybody have a idea on the cause.

Like the earlier post said my dhp scanner works, and i know i can't do a flash, what i would like to know if i can read the pcm and look at the file.
