There's also C23 on the blue PCM connector too. I'm not sure which would be easier to do, but if the PCM is more accessible than the theft box...

Well, since the diagram I posted says "PCM Connector "C" (blue), I would start with the blue one Yes, there are 3 wires going into the PCM, and it should probably be the biggest module under the hood.
Now since ForcedFirebirds picture (shown in thread: http://60degreev6.com/forum/showthre...maro-OBD1-swap) shows it on the passenger side strut tower, in a 93 I imagine yours is in the same place.
EDIT: Bah, you beat me to it, lol. Yeah, there is only going to be one blue connector.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.

Have you checked your fuel pressure? Does it have gas in it? Does the pump give a decent amount of volume of fuel flow? It almost sounds like it's not getting enough fuel. It could be something as simple as a filter.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.

it has gas! i wanted to check the fuel pressure, but for the life of me i cant separate the fuel lines under the hood.... does it take a special tool? where do i get it? I need to check the fuel filter... is it just under the car somewhere along the frame or what?

The filter should be back by the tank somewhere. And as for testing fuel pressure, you need a fuel injection fuel pressure tester like this one:
$42 @ Advance
Same thing:
There should be what looks like a big tire valve stem sticking up off of the fuel rail. That tester just screws on that schrader valve.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.

Alldata says 41-47 PSI with engine off and ignition on with the fuel pump running. Since you lose almost all of the pressure hooking the gauge up, I normally cycle the key a couple times (with a small pause in off position) to make sure I get the right pressure reading.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.

hmm i dont have the pressure tester yet, but i found the valve and pushed it and it sprayed the first time, then it just kind of drained out a bit... i turned the key off and back on, and only got it to drain a bit each time afterwards, perhaps the pump is pumping slow or the fuel filter is clogged up?
