Are the 3100 heads the same as 3400 heads? Is there any difference?? What is the spring ponds for the ls6 springs?

the 00+3100 heads are identical to 3400 heads...

1995 Monte Carlo LS 3100, 4T60E...for now, future plans include driving it until the wheels fall off!

Yes. You will need the 3400 (or 2000+ 3100) LIM and UIM to match though.
