  • 3.4 in s-10.runs poor.

i need i little help.i put a 3.4 from a 94 camaro. should have left the sfi on.
there was no easy way of putting cable from trans to throttle body.put TBI
on.first i put on a bigger throttle body with big injecters.bad fuel milage.then
i put on stock TBI .now it stubbles off idle.havent put injecters out of a 4.3l
yet.used a tech 1 from chevy dealer where i used to work.all data looks good
except for the block learn.with the two different inj.went way rich and way lean.will the 4.3 work good.when it is cold it has good power, when it is fully warm top end is not very strong.any ideas.

You should use the big 4.3L throttle body and injectors if you have a 3.4L in your S10. Make sure all other sensors are good as well.

      fixed my 3.4

A friend of my found a 4.3 throttle body on a motor in his dads shop.
I took that and welded linkage off 2.8 t-body.adjusted tps switch
truck runs good now.I had already opened up intake for the bigger
      t-body.
