does anyone on here happen to know the stock camshaft profiles for all or most of the different 60* engines and also are any of them interchangeable with eachother (granted that you get custom pushrods)?

I only see lift as a spec listed as .2727" I was wondering what the stock cam specs are too for gen3.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

no, the old flat tappet cams are smaller.
this is the 'HO" cam from the gen2 engines.
