      my dad is over 200,000 miles on his 3.1L lumina, and my sister's g/f's 93 GP has well over 200,000 miles on her 3.1L

      my 3.4L in the camaro only has 140,xxx
      3.4L camaro some goodies

        got a 95 grand am, 374,567 Km, just replaced head gaskets. fast little fucker, got it out for a paint job this weekend, will post picture when done.

          I got to about 187,000 on my 88 Fiero GT, then it dropped the timing chain. I decided to change the motor. I could have changed the chain and kept on going. Currently the car is at 222,000 the current engine has about 76,000 on it.

          The getrag transmission has every bit of the 222K on it.

            I have 2 chevy luminas,,,my first one is a 1995 with the 3100 engine,,it has 380,000 miles on it and never been inside the engine,,,still going strong,,my newer lumina is a 1997 with the 3100 engine it has 187,000 miles on it and going strong after intake gasket replacement. ( 95 never had it replaced )i love my luminas

                I will be there by the end of the weekend. I am going camping. Only 500KMs to go.
                1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

                      '89 S10 2.5

                      290,000. Never a wrench laid on it for major repair. But I desperately want to rebuild it so I can save the crank. No smoke so the cyl. are probably good.
                      '86 S10 Blazer 4WD, '87 2.8 with 3.1 crank and pistons, A.R.I. "Stage 2 Cam", Iron Heads with stiffer springs, Holley TBI, Manifold bored to fit the TBI Base(4.3 size), Fiero Covers, MSD Coil, DynoMax Muffler and 2.5 Tailpipe, no cat, Auburn Limited Slip, 3.73 final Drive. 700R. '85 Fiero GT 3.4 Hybrid, relieved top intake and exhaust, 57mm TB, Auto. 3.06 final drive.

                        1995 Chev Lumina: 241,000mi

                        Driven like a bat outta hell daily. Replaced transmission and alternator in its life. Lost er in a car accident two years ago. After she got smashed to shit (was in two pieces) was still running and AC/DC's "Highway to Hell" was still blasting from the speakers. Had to cut the battery to kill the beast. I was knocked out cold and don't remember any of this, this is just what the EMTs told me.

                          202,000 on the 2.8 in my Trooper. It has great compression and vacuum, it just doesn't want to die.

                            Me too. 94 3100. But the gauge cluster shows less since I swapped a full gauge cluster and never bothered to fix the odometer!

                              I am in the 200k mile club. Twice infact.

                              Once with fellow Board-Member RidgeRunners '93 Sunbird.. 3.1, 5spd, some goodies, and all of 240,000 original miles. I love this car, and will be doing some more modding soon.

                              I've also had a '90 GP, 3.1 SE 5spd. 240k on that car, all original, and still going as well.

                              DAMN do I love my American cars!
                              '93 Sunbird. 5spd, 3.1, it's fast. Oh, and 240k miles has proven lethal against Turbo Talons

                              I'm lurking occasionaly. It's tough because I'm usually too busy with the Army or my 5.0 Mustang. Which is for sale.

                                I hit 200,000 miles a few years ago with our 97 Cutlass Suprme SL. Right now it's just shy of 250,000 miles. Everything was fine until 236,000 when I had to replace the head gaskets. The tranny is still going though. This has been a really good car for us.
