I use Formula88, but it might suds up in the ultrasonic cleaner lol, but it will take the carbon off heads after a 48hr soak.
We have a 1000 watt ultra sonic cleaner here at work we use for cleaning beakers and what not. In it we use dawn dish soap with some IPA, we don't have any problems with it suddsing up.
