the stock tb size on a 3800 supercharged is 69mm. i had 2 eaton superchargers with tb, so i took the butterfly out of one and bored out my 3400 tb, so it would be 69mm.

Are you sure about that? I had a 3400 TB bored out to 65mm with a 62mm I.D. sleeve as the part where you clamp the air tube too was no more after boring on the small parts.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

idk i just looked it up and it said on some site that 3800 tb was 69mm, maybe not idk.

Ya it is running good. Idles like crap because he i running the stock tune right now. I saw him keep up with a 13 second ls1 camaro in it.Comment

garrett t25, it has boost creep bad though because the internal wasgate is too small. 7-8 psi in first, 9-10 in second, and 10-11 in third. its running about a 14.0- 14.1 right now and it starts losing power in second and third. im hoping the tune fixes it.
