I'm trying to get my engine started again and I don't think I'm getting strong spark. I'm running a Haltech E6K, which says I'm dropping to 8.3v during the crank. I pulled a plug and confirmed spark by laying it on top of the intake manifold, but the spark looked really dim. My timing light won't pick up a signal. Can someone confirm whether or not the coil packs are getting enough power so I can move onto the next troubleshoot?

too much fuel. try leaning it out to fire. and disconnect your injectors and crank the engine to try and get some of the fuel off the plugs. you may have fuel fouled them. step up to a heat range warmer (unless ur turbo).
think about changing that oil, ive had a disasture with fuel dilluted oil..no bueno3500, 1280 cam and PR, ls6 valve springs, port and polished heads, ported lim, ported uim, 4.3 70mm tb, ported trueleo headers and y pipe ALL FOR SALE (minus the car)

I don't think the E6K has a Flood Clear mode. My RX8 does, so I tried it on the 3.4l through habit without success. After getting the Haltech to feed .624ms of fuel, I went to pull a spark plug and see if it was wet. Well, the spark plug wasn't but the fuel rail is soaked; the schreader valve doesn't appear to be holding pressure, so now I need to figure out a work around.
