Another exhaust thread.
I was wondering if there is much difference between a resonator and a glasspack, it seems like they are nearly the same thing. I just welded up my 2.5" exhuast that splits to dual 2" pipes. I currently have 2 12" resonators on the 2" portions just before the exhaust tips.. The car rasps way more than i can deal with.
I was going to install a thrush glasspack in the 2.5" section, but i didnt know if thats gonna help or not.
My old set-up using the factory pipes, with stock resonator and no cat along with the 2 small resonators sounded very nice, but this new set-up with the larger pipe and no resonator sounds terrible.. any input would be appreciated
