that's the weirdest noise(s) i've ever heard. Sounds kinda unhealthy.... Wish i knew more about quads, i think they're cool motors but i dont know crap about them....

Couldn't be a broken balance shaft, Q4's/ twin cams didn't get balance shafts until 95.....

I'd say it's a spun bearing. I'd guess cylinder #3 since that one seems to be quite popular with the Quad's97 Cavalier RS
