    Approximately 4000 1995 A/N cars were built with roller rocker arms. All other 1995 3100 V6 engines were built with the conventional ball and pivot type rocker arm. For 1996 the 3100 V6 engine can be manufactured with either roller rocker arms or ball and pivot type rocker arms.
    So there is the official rocker arm summary for when the roller rockers came out. So if you have a 95 with stock roller rockers, you are one of only ~4000 people.

    Huh. And some lucky people that have 95 heads have the slot machined heads and can swap to rollers anyways.

    I did not know though that 96 could have pivot. I thought they were all roller. Or does it mean that either could bolt on but not saying that there was a mix of both?

            my moms 96 L-body had ball rockers... I thought that was odd.

              Ah, ok that confirms it. Wow, so I guess if you have a 96 there is no guarantee you can swap larger intake manifold without checking for rollers first.

                It may have had the notches though... I cant remember, it's been a long time since I did the intake on that car.... and its since been gone.
