valve seals?

As soon as I get the money, Ill be going with the 60* store's Stage 1 cam. Ill be running the custom pushrods and the LS6 springs, as well as the comp cams steel retainers. The heads I have are from a 2004 - 3400. What valve seals do I need to use for this?

Now what valve seals do i need for a 95 3100 with the 3100 heads? I keep seeing three different ones, 92 2.2, 95 318, 3.1 vin t. I'm not sure witch one i need, i'm putting on ls6 springs in.

I used ones from a '92 cavy 2.2l. Use those ones.
