You don't need that information to tune the car, but that's a whole other thread.

94-96 3100 injectors were not 19... they were 16.7 or 17... Black ring vs the red ring on the Multec 1's

I got that info from the 3400 swap guide...
94 - 95 3100’s: 17#. Pre-00 3400’s: 19#. 00+ 3400’s: 22.5#

I would say that the injector constant is the main basis for every fuel calculation that is going on in a given .bin file. If that number is not correct, you have to spend alot of time correcting other things. If you are starting from scratch, or have a wide band o2 that is not a big deal. Not everyone is in that situation though.
But there is also 1190 differences between the stock bin and mine...

Mine changed from 408 mSec/gram to 278 mSec/gram.

Must be an OBD2 thing...
we changed my minium async pulse width first, then BPC and then adjusted the main VE tables to get the WOT AFR's to match the commanded, with the wideband being logged. Now i'm working on getting all the values under 80 Kpa leaned out to get the BLM's back to 128.

The BPC is all that matters for the fuel constant. Those other variables are for the DIC. Its been so long since I messed with those values though that I can't remember how I know that. Haha, well if you wanna test it, set it to 0000 in hex for both of those gm/sec settings and see what happens.
Minimum async pulse width eh. Thats a new one to me but I just looked and its pretty low already for my old 3.1 code. I was only running 21# injectors though so I am sure it wasn't necessary. Did you have to lower it more or increase it? Did you change the offset vs voltage as well? I did set those because I had the values for the ford injectors from somewhere long ago.
If I had to modify that much of the code, I would be more inclined to go with the megasquirt setup.
Does anyone have a part number for these injectors? I could look them up easier with that information.Ben

my BLM's were in the 90's then.. they're up into 110-115 range now, If i could ever finish the body work i'd have the VE tables backed off enough to get decent mileage.

I am working on making a list of injectors... here is what I have to far... my concern is for the injectors used in W-body cars.
2.8 displacement:
VIN W - 1988-1989 2.8 MPFI V6 - 173cid

{DELPHI Part # FJ10001}
Max Flow: 15lbs(1.952gms/sec) OR 16.6lbs depending on source
Supply Pressure: 43.5PSI(300Kpa)
Multec1 TFP
3.1 displacement:
VIN V - 1989-1990 TGP/TSTE 3.1 MPFI TURBO V6 - 189cid
#19160383 {ACDELCO Part # 2173046} {DELPHI Part # FJ10006}
or 17086981 as per MFEWTRAIL
Max Flow: 22lbs(2.780gms/sec)
Supply Pressure: 43.5PSI(300Kpa)
Multec1 TFP
VIN T - 1989-1993 3.1L 189cid V6 MFI
#17102747 {ACDELCO Part # 217267} {replaces 217-255} CODE 5235136

Supply Pressure: 43.5PSI
Multec 1
3.4 displacement:
VIN X - 1991-1993 3.4 MPFI TWIN CAM/DOHC v6 - 207cid
#17104256 {ACDELCO Part # 217268 or ACDELCO Part # 2173405}
Max Flow: 21lbs
Supply Pressure: 43.5PSI
Multec 1
VIN X - 1994-1995 3.4 SFI DOHC V6 - 207cid
#17090849 {ACDELCO Part # 217262}
Max Flow: 21lbs
Supply Pressure: 43.5PSI
Multec 1
VIN X - 1996-1997 3.4 SFI DOHC V6 - 207cid
#17113317 {ACDELCO Part # 217304}
Max Flow: 21lbs
Supply Pressure: 43.5PSI
Multec 1
I notice that the injectors in the aluminum headed 2.8mpfi and 3.1mpfi are the same injectors, and thus should have the same flow rate... but what is that rate really? and more injectors will be added to this list soon.
