Kinda hard to tell from those pics, but the prognosis doesn't look good.

Can't see the pictures real well... but that crank looks ruined to me- especially that second picture. My guess is that you need to have it re-ground, get a crank-kit, or a whole other motor.

Did any bearings spin? If so... then the rod bore or main bore that they're crushed into is toast.

Bought it from a guy off of ebay who said it was good.. I;m looking at tone of the rod journals and its so out of round, the filleting is gone on the sides....Not to mention the counter wights have indentations like he droped it a few dozen times....

HMMM, looks like he tried to use it as an anchor...for his car and dragged it down the street, lol.
Actually it is no laughing matter, sometimes you take a chance on getting had from e-bay.

that's good for a core on a new one.. that's about it.

my old 3400 crank wasn't even that bad and it spun #4 for 30 min on the highway...

Well first off you need better pictures. When you get them contact the buyer. If he does not respond contact E-Bay.

I did for a set of stereo wires that were only $3 but the guy decided to never ship them to me. I got a refund for everything.

that is good enough to maybe make a table lamp out of, or put a leash on it and take it for a walk.

you could dig a sand pit and have a crank tossing contest... that might be fun

But in all seriousness if it's not warped then you could have it welded and offset ground... Stroker!
