Alternator pulley size

Quick question, whats the smallest ( or atleast smaller than stock ) pulley size that I can put on a CS-130D? Ive got this alternator that doesnt charge under 1000RPM, and Im hoping that by putting a smaller pulley on, Ill be able to get it to spin fast enough at idle that it will work.
