You can just get a new resivoir you dont need the whole pump. Head off to the junkyard.

All pumps are nearly identical in the way they operate. Even the old style pump on my truck is internaly identical to the new pumps on the FWD motors. It is just a different shape.

yeah all i need is the reservior how do i remove it from the pump? is it easy or would i be better off just buying the hole thing from the junk yard?

It's been five or six years since I changed mine, but if I remember right... there are two 'clips' of sorts that hold the reservior to the pump. You pull the lock tab up and tap with a hammer/screwdriver and slide them off. Put on the new reservior (sealed to the pump with an o-ring), and slide the clips back on. It isn't too hard- a vice makes it easier.

Yea it just slides off. If you decide to do it you need to replace the O-rings. But do not use generic ones. You need the GM or equivalent ones that will not be ruined by power steering fluid.
