3.1 liter dune buggy

I have recently installed a 3.1 in a dune buggy (out of a 93 grand prix) im using the volkswagon trans (002 bus) I have the engine running got rid of all the codes except for the VSS Does anybody know how to trick the computer that way I dont get this code anymore

THe ECM needs a VSS signal to properly make fuel trim calculations. I am not sure if the bus had the speedo on the drivetrain or if it was on the fron wheel like the bugs. But either way you should figure out a way to make a VSS.

There are boxes that will take a cable and convert to a VSS pulse signal for the ECM. They are also adjustable. You will ahve to search the net and see what you find.
