  • Slipping trans?

I am not sure if my trans slipped the other day, I had the music up to loud to hear the tires.

But, I was making a left turn and punched it, the engine reved but the car did not go faster.....

I can punch it in a strait line and all is fine, wont spin tires and no tranny slip.

question is: is the trans more likely to slip if turning?

if so, what could cause this?

I have reman tranny w/4k mile, synthetic fluid

For me, that's usually the sign that I need to top off my tranny fluid...

Probably just spun your tires, much easier to do when turning.

So if I spin the tires, is that bad for the tranny, I think only one tire would spin.
I don't care about the tires.
