Two Questions on the 4T60-E

First,

When mated to the 3.4 DOHC,

1. What is the stall speed of the stock torque converter?

( I own a 1991 STE 3.4 DOHC )

Second,

2. What list of Performace upgrades is there to make the 4T60-E good performer?

What are some recomendations as to what can be done?

( I know of a higher stall torque and adjustable Modulator but I wasn't sure of what else there is. I'm not too familar with these trannys)
