    this isinteresting becaue i looked into it and it does show a different number for s10 flywheels than a camaro, but here my ? i'm wondering if we could build a spacer plate to move everything into the right place.

        No, Greg's info is not wrong. The F-body flywheels are THICKER than the S10 flywheels (the diameter is the same). One would think that the opposite would be true, but, that is not the case. I am talking about the RWD 2.8/3.1/3.4 flywheels only.

          Thats a Camaro wheel notice how much it sticks out. The S-10 one is just flat.

            And here's one from an S10. It's a bit flatter as has been stated. They are NOT the same...

              the t5 trans in the s10 and f-body use the same input shaft, so i think the difference is in the clutch. the pilit bushing is even the same on some later years.
