1995 grand prix GT 5-speed swap help

Ok so this weekend im getting my 34 dohc with 3000km and all the parts needed to swap it to a 5speed 284 from a 92 GTP,

does anyone have a full write up on the steps????

i have the post for the wires i have to change for the 91-93 swap but i have a 4t60e hd in my 95 gp gt right now and im sure the wires are different..
