I guess a stock clutch on a 284 can;t take over 300 ft/lbs at the crank, when i;m under boost and the clutch warms up its just starts to slip, so i;m wonder what type of clutch to put in it? i was thinkin towards a dual finction clutch/pressure plate,

RE: Maxed out the stock clutch, at only 8 psi of boost,
I would definately say spec stage 3, I've only heard good things about them. They are a bit pricey ($699), but it won't slip so its worth it. I plan on eventually using one of these in my GP once I get the money for it. I'm gonna use the stock clutch until I get the money, but I'm pretty sure its gonna slip.
