93 Grand am 5 speed swap, INFO NEEDED FAST!

ok heres the scenerio, i have a 93 grand am se, it has a 3300/ 3.3L v-6, and a turbo hydramatic 3t40 automatic, ive come to the conclusion that the transmission is Fucked (with a capital F ) and its already the second transmission, so i want to dump a 5 speed into it, so i found a 92 caviler z-24 with a 5 speed, can i use this in my car? i need to know right away though, because i need my car to get to work so i have to get it done right away. and what about the axles, will they fit in my car?any info is greatly appreciated. thanks

A 92 Z24 will have a 3.1L V6. I don't know about swapping it into a 3300 N-body though.

3.1L's and 3300's ahve the same bolt pattern. As far as everything else goes I coldn't tell you.

Swapping to a manual is not an easy task. Best bet is to just start stripping the donor car and seeing if the parts fit.

well i didnt get the donor car, i bought all new clutches, steels,band, gaskets, seals, torque converter, pump and shaft, drive chain, and a tcc lockup switch. so im gonna overhaul my original tranny for the car, it all cost me $480 after taxes canadian.
