3.73 confussion ?'s

So with the DOHC can I get a 3.73 without pulling the tranny? I have a moderate level of car knowledge. I can pull an engine and don't quiver at the thought of changing tranny fluid. Is this process more complex than I should deal with?

Yes. Your current arrangement is a 3.06 differential and the 33/37 underdrive chain set. All you need is to replace the 3.06 diff with a 3.33 diff.
