    I was wondering if a transmission in a 1994 S-10 2.2L would match up to a 3100 or 3400 Camaro engine. If not a 3400 what about the vortec 4.3L.

    Yes I believe the 2.2L uses the same pattern. But better double check

    A 4.3L will not work it is different.

      Yes, the 94-95 2.2L I4 S10 gearbox will fit up to a 60 degree V6, but only if using the 1993-1995 Camaro bellhousing due to the "Ford" style bolt pattern on the front of the gearbox/bellhousing.
      This will leave you with a tilted gearbox.... If using the 2.2L S10 bellhousing, the starter pocket is on the drivers side- incorrect for the RWD motor starter location.
