hm 282 t/o bearing + flywheel

is there an affordable alternative to spending close to $50 on the throwout bearing for my 282? it's out of a 90 grand prix. i'm just hoping someone has a online source possibly for cheap parts

on the flywheel, is there a minumum thickness before it needs to be thrown out? ive got 2 and both need machined, and would like to know if either or both should just be thrown out for new if resurfacing would make them too thin.
