  • 4t60 pinout

Does anybody have a pinout of the 4t60 circular connector? I'm trying to get TCC lockup with my Megasquirt. I've grounded pinD tan/blk and still had no lockup.

If I'm reading this right... verify switched 12V at pin A except when pedal depressed. Ground at PinD when appropriate engine conditions are met.

      Correct?

I think the reason my ground wasn't working before is because it was a ground sourced from the cabin. Let me try this with an engine ground.

correct, you should have +12V at all times when the brake is not pressed and the ignition is rolled forward to the run position.

and when you ground D, the TCC should engage.

it should work with any decent ground. back in the day, GM put pins in the ALDL connector that would force the TCC on when grounded, and those were in-cabin grounds.

Back in the day like 1990?

Can you check to see if I have that?

you do not.... generally, only the C3 ECM equipped vehicles(160 baud datastream stuff) did that, notably, stuff like the grand national/etc...

I should do that just so I could ground the pin to lock the TCC as well, sounds reasonable enough
