Does anyone knows if the 440t4 / 4t60 should shift into 4th @ WOT? I built an 85 1/2 440t4 with a 3.73 FD ratio and i'm only able to go low 120ish on 3rd @WOT with the engine running around 6375 RPMs.

I guess you're right. I did the adjustment with the throttle pedal instead of the regular method of opening the throttle body by hand. This gave me a higher shift point @ around 6200 to 6300 RPMs and most probably 4th doesn't like it. I'm going to loosen it a little bit more and test it again, but man does it run good this way and it's only @ 8 psi of boost. I just don't want to go lower than a 6000 RPM shift point since the cam profile is setup to run good up there.

hmm.... simplest way would be to somewhat emulate the way the ECM determines what the TPS% value is(it tracks it, but it's not displayed in the datastream). i'm not all that fond of the old C3 ECMs with the 160 baud stream... find out what the TPS voltage is when the throttle is closed and i'll see what i can come up with.

The TV cable might be able to adjusted but for 3-4 shift at WOT though it will throw all the other shift points, so long as you dont mind very early shifting.Lorenzo
