idk if this is still an issue or not but this is what i did and it didnt cost a dime. pop your hood and check your cruise control fuse, mine was totally melted. not blown but MELTED, so i took it out and looked and the two metal things were too far apart and the fuse was getting a bad connection. so just move them closer together and put a new fuse in and try it.
