F23/F40 Quaife LSD?

so i was looking around and saw that quaife has a listing for LSD differentiials for both F23 and F40 transmissions. they don't refer to any amaerican cars, only british/european, i think they list them for astras. pretty likely that these arer the same transmissions. anyone know much about the cars on the other side of the pond, and wether these diff's are also a direct drop in for OUR f23/40's?

i know for a fact that they make the f40 LSD, by quaife, if anything its under saab, and the only difference is the bellhousing of the trans and first gear, i searched long and hard when i was considering this trans in my monte, the LSD is worth between 1500-2000, so if you can fork up that amount of cash, contact them directly and they'll set you up. they also make a kit to convert a F23 into a 6 speed aswell, and you can snag a quaife diff from a optioned ss cobalt, theres a tag to look for when trying to find it, but i cant remember what it is anymore, it like 8 or B on serial, there was 8 last time i checked on car-part.com, and they will clarify about the diff thats in the trans, or show the serial number and you and only you will know.
