Ok so i can't remember what the trans is "called" but i was wondering if someone can tell me what that trans is that was mated with the TDC 3.4? and also if someone can link me to info on the trans and also is pos link me to one thats swapped into a fiero. Thanks

The 284 that came in the older model luminas -
the Getrag 284 is infact the one. i would also consider the 282 from the older 2.8/3.1L V6. dunno how strong it is but iirc the isuzu trans from the fiero is also compatible... Anyone confirm? the 284 is pretty rare, strong but no rebuild parts available. the 282 may be the better choice/Shane "RedZMonte"
