any one know what years and what vehicals with the a t-5 or prefared t-56 trans bellhouing had the starter bump on both sides? this would be an awsome info for anyone using a fwd motor in a rwd applaction.

T56 isn't going to happen unless you can find someone to make an aftermarket bellhousing.
The T5 info is in the thread above, however the T5 won't handle much power. That's why i went with a 700R4 instead.

I wonder what manual trans the 5th gen V6 Camaros are getting... I bet it's a beast.

okay more info here. 83' -94' isuzu troopers with the 2.8l and 5 speed have the starter on the drivers side could be used. camaro / firebirds same years Im told have the starter bump on both sides. anyone good at fabing can make these bellhouseing work on a t-56. if not any good at machine work should take the bellhouseing and trans to a good shop.

D&D had a T-56 trans and adapter plate that replaced the T5. Just find/use a 60* t5 bellousing and the adapter plate and trans.
