    OK here is the car.

3500, 536/276 cam, ported heads, Comp springs, 3.73 fdr with lsd (3t40), headers, 65mm TB, basically most of the good stuff. Very limited street use, but it does travel to meets.

I now have an FD (2095) converter and I am looking for alittle more stall.

FA (2795 RPM) FK (2760 RPM) FB (2560) are all options, but has anyone had any experience using the ECO 4 cylinder converter?

Also are there aftermarket options to be considered?

    Serious ideas welcome.

    Thanx

I'm sure you could have a custom one built... but there is math involved in the stall speed, not just the rating. Since your engine makes more torque than the engines those converters are for they will stall higher.

    http://www.hardtail.com/techtips/sel...converter.html good read

With the flat torque curve of my 3500, i'm just going to split the difference and go with either a 3K or a 3500. Mine makes peak torque around 4500, and there is no way i'm going that high.
