hey all im form aleromod.com and i just registered here...

i need to know if this will work. i have conflicting opinions...

i am going to be turboing the 3400 with my friend the only thing we are unsure of is the transmission .. will the 1998 gtp tranny work i believe it is 4t65e-hd.
one opinion is that it needs nothing but a performance mount and wiring harness.. others say it wont work...

i can pick it up today if it will work.

while its true, you will need a mount due to the fact the a GP is a W body and an alero is a N, i don't see why it won't work, especially if you're willing to work with the harness portion of the issue.

You also need a way to control the tranny, as I'm not sure the electronics/controllers are the same between the 4T40/5-E and the 4T65-E.
