4T60-E RPMs and Shift Points

Could someone please tell me when (MPH) the 4t60e shifts from gear to the other with normal driving? Also what rpm should I be at doing 65 or 70 right now I'm at 2000-2200 without the converter locked. This is with a 94 Z34 3.4L

Your top gear locked cruise is about right. I know 4th comes in at about 45 MPH. Lock up just before 4th.
