Thinkin of swapping a 5 speed.

A few general questions doesnt anyone have a parts list to go buy?

Also i have a Quad 4 DOHC HO 282 transmission can i use that?

If not what transmission will work..and what cars engine/combo did they come out of?

The Getrag 282 *will* work I believe, but you would need the mounts from a 88-90 GP or Cutlass.

The tranny that will be easiest to put in will be the Getrag 284 from a 91-92 DOHC equipped car (GP, Lumina, Cutlass). You would be best off getting the whole car because you need a ton of parts.
