famous 3rd gear grind

yep, she was a grindin, didnt matter what speed, how long you had the clutch in, rether from 4th or 2nd, still went in fine, shifted like butter, but always grinding and shes sittin in the buildin so i want to fix it

so the question is, how the hell do you fix the famous getrag grind?
