I would have to reverify that the 97 venture bin file works stock for stock... and NO a 98 wont work, ONLY the 97 Venture ECM is plug and play with our harness and wiring.

ok if the 97 works i dont need to tune it because the pcm is set for that trani right?

no im running a 3100 large port. i swapped to 3400 manifolds, 3800 tb.

3800 TB? Huh? Pics? What's the diameter? ?? You made an adapter?
The 3400 code should run your large port 3100 ok. If a small port program can run a 3400 ok I'd say it could adjust to .3L less displacement good enough.
That is if everything else works for other stuff in the car.sigpic

the tb is a 3400 bored out to the size of a 3800. i put a 3800 butterfly in it.

I dont know if the stock venture code works, I pulled my 97 ECM on my 95 so I could go back to the 96 one and see if I could get mileage back since there was no point running a 3400 code on a 3100 small port.
I'll test it once I get some free time but I think the factory venture settings are set for 3.33 or 3.29 so it should shift ok.
