I've heard around here that the 4T60e is a great trans, and I believe it... I've also heard that the 4T65e is a little stronger...
I had a customer come in with an Olds Intrigue (2001) complaining about driveability problems, and I pulled some codes and did some reasearch to find out that the transmissions in them (4T65e) are completely shit. There are so many reports of these things taking a dump on people.
Is this only happening when mated to the 3.8? or whats the deal with these things. The intrigue is a pretty nice car, and it's a damn shame for them to have made another car with such a huge problem.
