Whats the gear ratio of a 92 Z-34 with an automatic?

Does anyone know the gear ratios of a 92 Z-34 4t60E? Also, what are the best mods to get a kick ass auto that won't self destruct? I have a spare tranny for my car and plan on getting it rebuilt this summer. I thought about changing the final drive ratio to something lower, then realized I don't even know what the stock ratioz are.

Swap in a 3.33 differential, sun gear, and i think snapring and you get 3.73.
