a 4t60e cant use a electronic interceptor, because line pressure is controlled by vacuum, Its miss labeled. If you buy that they will probably send you a Vacuum inline kit that you can reduce the vac on the modulator to make part throttle shifting every so slightly harder... WOT will never change because thats already 0 vac.

That makes sense. The Pioneer adjustable TH350 modulator works great. For some reason now after a while of installing it the WOT shifts seem harder now too... odd. The partial throttle shifts too feel great. Much more solid and sporty.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)

If you've see the shift tables though you would realize that its not going to gain you much at all. Either way a 4t60e will never benefit from anything that plugs into it... you need to tear into one and modify the valve body, spacer plate and shift accumulators to get anything out of these.
Trust me I've built a few now that put these "shift improvers" to shame... Jason A on the Bstuff boards has one of my trannies and it shifts pretty hard.

ok well i hear all these good things, im pissed. i just got it today and i plug it in. fist off in the directions it says that there are two nobs and there is only 1. then i plug it and and guess what, its does nothing. i turn the nob all the way up, all the way down in the middle, and nothing changes. its like its not even plugged in. i took it apart and the second nob had no wires going to it but the first one was hooked up so i know that it doesnt just go straight through. does anyone know if i was supposed to do somthing other than just plug it in??
